About the role
Ecommerce Smart is looking for a sharp, experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to support our growing client base of ambitious ecommerce brands.
This role is perfect for someone who knows how to drive paid traffic that actually converts – across Google, Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You’ll work alongside our strategy team to plan, execute and optimise paid media campaigns with a focus on ROAS, not just reach.

What You’ll Do

Plan and manage performance campaigns across:

Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMax, Display)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

TikTok Ads (optional but a bonus)

Create and optimise product feeds for Shopping and dynamic ads

Build multi-channel media strategies that align with client goals, margins, and funnels

Run A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies

Provide regular performance analysis, insights, and recommendations

Collaborate with our founder and client teams to ensure alignment and clear comms
What We’re Looking For

3+ years experience running paid media for ecommerce brands

Confident in campaign setup, management, and optimisation across key platforms

Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV, etc.)

Comfortable using GA4, Looker Studio, and ad platform reporting tools

Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento stores (at least one)

Ability to work independently with clear communication and attention to detail

Available for 5–15 hours per week, with potential for more based on project flow
Nice to Have

TikTok Ads or Pinterest Ads experience

Creative testing chops (briefing designers, suggesting hooks/messaging)

Familiarity with Klaviyo or email integration touchpoints

Previous agency or consultancy experience
